Each entry form is a chance for you to win a $50 Visa Rewards card AND a chance for the charity of your choice to win a $500 cash prize. One entry form will be chosen at random every Monday. Please consider making an additional donation to these worthwhile charities in lieu of purchasing a Magical "Night" of Giving ticket. The group with the most entry forms will receive your donation.
